Pea protein, ground golden flaxseed defatted, inulin, maltodextrin; strawberry juice concentrate, ground hemp seed, natural raspberry flavor; vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), niacin (nicotinic acid amide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (P-5-P 5'-pyridoxal phosphate), biotin, folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin D (cholecalciferol from lanolin), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), chromium (chromium (III) chloride), zinc (zinc citrate), iodine (potassium iodide), magnesium (magnesium citrate), manganese (manganese gluconate), copper (copper (II) gluconate), selenium (sodium selenate (VI)), iron (iron (II) fumarate).
1 serving (1 shake) per day as a reference serving of the supplement.
Dissolve one serving of powder (30 g) in 300 ml milk or (60 g) in 300 ml water and mix thoroughly. Consume once a day, instead of a meal.
